About the Practitioner

Nadia Polson LMT MA#39347, Facial Specialist FB9727201

Reiki Master/Pranic Healing Level 1

The power of Reiki (energy) does not go where you (ego) wants it but where you (spirit) need it, be it physical, emotional, or spiritual.

With over 20 years of experience, I bring a deeply intuitive and results-based approach to massage and holistic care. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Esthetician, and Reiki Master Teacher, I specialize in integrative sessions that support the body, nervous system, and energetic field.

At HGHRCLF Massage & Wellness, my focus is on creating a therapeutic space where clients can heal, recharge, and realign. Each session is tailored to your unique needs—whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, navigating emotional stress, or simply in need of deep restoration.

My work blends advanced bodywork techniques with energy-based practices, often integrating:
• Myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy
• Cupping and IASTM
• Side-lying massage (ideal for pregnancy, trauma-informed care, or organ support)
• Reiki and ancestral energy clearing
• Aromatherapy with therapeutic-grade essential oils

I believe healing is both physical and energetic—and that self-care is sacred. I’m here to support your wellness journey with skilled, intuitive, and heart-centered care.

The reason behind the name HGHRCLF is to allow people to look outside the box, reach your higher self, using C instead of S for celf for me means we need to look deeper within for answers, and there is nothing deeper than the cellular/energetic level. By this we start to understand how perception and belief start to form in the human condition down to every cell within humans.

Hobbies

Making jewelry is very therapeutic for me. Every piece that I make I do so with the intention that it will bring joy to the person drawn to it. My jewelry is charge with Reiki to help the wearer with what they need. When I make my jewelry my intention is for the betterment of whom soever wears it.

Most of the bracelets are one of a kind. Whatever comes to mind is what I make. It is very therapeutic for me.

Love and Light. ASE, Namate

Ase (or às̩e̩ or ashe) is a West African philosophical concept through which the Yoruba of Nigeria conceive the power to make things happen and produce change.

The Meaning of Namaste: It's a Spiritual Connection. The literal translation of this greeting varies with each language; however, they are all pretty much saying the same thing. Literally translated, namaste means, “The Divine within me bows to the same Divine within you.”
