I am a Massage Therapist with going on 20 years of experience in therapeutic massage. I combine massages with energy work along with the use of essential oils for a total mind body session. I allow the body to speak to me and spirit to guide me.
I believe that when the body is in a state of chronic physical pain that one should be open minded and look at thing from an emotional level and dig deeper into what may have triggered the issue. With energy work it puts you into a state of relaxation to quiet the mind so one can tap into the subconscious, we hold a great deal of pain in that part of our minds that needs the most healing.
The reason behind the name HGHRCLF is to allow people to look outside the box, reach your higher self, using C instead of S for celf for me means we need to look deeper within for answers, and there is nothing deeper than the cellular/energetic level. By this we start to understand how perception and belief start to form in the human condition down to every cell within humans.
Hobbies
Making jewelry is very therapeutic for me. Every piece that I make I do so with the intention that it will bring joy to the person drawn to it. My jewelry is charge with Reiki to help the wearer with what they need. When I make my jewelry my intention is for the betterment of whom soever wears it.
Most of the bracelets are one of a kind. Whatever comes to mind is what I make. It is very therapeutic for me.
