Muladhara (Root Chakra), this is your security in the physical world. This is the chakra that is most influenced by the physical world as well as all things that you have experienced thus far in life.  This is your survival, primal awareness and instinct.  This energy center is linked to your family and the inherited fearful thoughts and energies that came to you from conception and last till death.  

When it comes to energy healing I focus on the root chakra in order to break the programming set by our ancestors that may be subconsciously holding you back from your full potential.
