Cancelation Policy

Your therapist & J Sterling's Team is grateful for your business. We kindly ask you to respect our scheduling policy.

Please note that when you hold an appt, you are holding that time slot of the therapist for you, and not letting any other guest book that slot. So cancelations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hrs of appt start time will result in full charge, so that your therapist can be paid for his/her work hour.

Booking Deposit

For services above $50, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Pay remaining balance at the time checkout after service. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hrs of appt time, the deposit will not be refunded. 

If using J Sterling's Spa Gift Card, provide a credit card to pay the deposit. Then present the Gift Card at the time of checkout after service. Then we will charge your Gift Card & refund the deposit on credit card.

Arrival Time

Please note that we're particular about running our spas on-time to provide the best possible experience to every guest. Please plan ahead keeping in mind the traffic situation. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your appt, so that you have time to relax, and we can start your appt on-time.

If you arrive after your scheduled appointment, it may not be possible to provide you full service time, because we cannot take away time from the next guest. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full service amount. If you arrive over 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be marked as a cancellation with full payment.
